The United States Botanic Garden is a must see while visiting Washington, DC. The USBG
is the oldest continually operating botanic garden in the United States. Supervised by
Congress through the Architect of the Capitol, the garden houses a variety of beautiful
and fascinating living plants right at the foot of the U.S. Capitol. Today, you will enjoy a
guided tour of the grounds and the conservatory.

You will then have the opportunity to enjoy a riding tour of the United States National
Arboretum which encompasses 446 acres of gardens, collections and natural areas. Stops
will include the National Bonsai & Penjing Museum, and the National Herb Garden which
