    The Art of Persuasion and Effective Negotiation for Tomorrow’s Leaders
     
    The program will consist of a presentation by one or two “persuasion authorities” on the “science and art of persuasion”, followed by a mock argument based on actual Supreme Court arguments. The panel, including the two authorities and moderator will then critique the arguments and have a panel discussion
