Description:This webinar will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the statutory framework of 35 U.S.C. § 102,
including the categories of prior art defined by the statute, the exceptions to those categories, and the manner in
which the exceptions can be invoked. The will also address a recent Federal Circuit panel decision some see as
undermining Congress’s intent in establishing the AIA’s on-sale bar. Specific topics will include: Changes to prior
