Description:2017 has been an eventful year at the PTAB thus far. This webinar will address some of the current issues at the Board, including multiple petitions, motions to amend, joinder, and sovereign immunity, along with a brief discussion of pending appeals from PTAB decisions, including Oil States, SAS Institute, WiFi One, and Aqua Products.
