Description:Divided infringement has long been a consideration in procuring and enforcing patents on methods of treatment and other Bio/Pharma inventions. However, with Section 101 rejections often necessitating narrowing claim amendments, strategies for dealing with divided infringement have become even more critical in the context of personalized medicine.
