Description:The road to obtaining an issued US patent is fraught with potholes for the unwary. Some issues can be minor inconveniences, while others can swallow up your whole car. This webinar will discuss issues relating to filing US Applications, including Application Data Sheets (ADS), US National Phase applications, formal documents and fees, and issues relating to prosecution, including Information Disclosure Statements (IDS), Requests for Continued Examination (RCE), Terminal Disclaimers (TD).
