Mueting of Mueting Raasch & Gebhardt, will lead you through selected timeline scenarios from for the newly released treatise entitled “Patents After the AIA - Evolving Law and Practice.”  The extensive number of timeline scenarios in the treatise aid in understanding and analyzing the consequences and results of different exemplary fact patterns after the AIA. These scenarios also highlight differences in each fact pattern between what happens under post-AIA prior art law versus pre-AIA prior art law.
