Hayley specializes in patent preparation and prosecution of technologies associated with electrical engineering. Her expertise also includes trademark prosecution and copyright matters. Hayley received a B.S. (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida (2004). She was awarded her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law (2008).
Saurabh Vishnubhakat writes and teaches on intellectual property law, civil procedure, and administrative law, particularly from an empirical perspective.
